Questions
Before you enquire
The things people ask on almost every call. Anything not covered here, just ask — we answer properly rather than in brochure language.
Six to twelve months for weddings and peak-season dates in Chennai. Maternity, newborn and birthday sessions usually need two to four weeks. Short-notice dates are worth asking about — we keep a few open each month.
Travel within Chennai is included. Anything beyond that appears as a separate, visible line on the quote — mileage or fares plus accommodation where an early start requires it. It is never folded into the package price.
A deposit confirms the date, and the balance is due one week before the shoot. Multi-day and destination bookings can be split across milestones. We invoice properly and accept bank transfer and card.
Yes, whenever we are still on site and the schedule allows. Overtime is charged at the published hourly rate on your quote, so there is never a surprise figure afterwards.
We carry a standing arrangement with a network of photographers we have personally worked with. In eleven years we have never missed a booking, and the contract covers a full refund in the event we could not supply anybody.
No, and no reputable studio does. The grade is the work. You receive the full set of hand-graded high-resolution files with a personal usage licence, and a written licence covering any agreed commercial use.
Original files are archived for three years across two locations, and your online gallery stays live for twelve months. Extended archive and gallery hosting are available if you want longer.
