Maternity sessions are paced slowly on purpose. Somewhere to sit, water within reach, and a two-hour booking for what is really about an hour of shooting — because comfort is not a nice-to-have at 32 weeks.
Studio with controlled light, or at home in the room the baby will actually sleep in. Both work; the at-home version simply ages better.

She wanted no studio at all. We found a field twenty minutes out of town and shot straight into the last of the sun.

Between 30 and 36 weeks. The bump reads clearly in photographs by then and most people still feel comfortable enough to enjoy a two-hour session.
Anything fitted through the bump. We also keep a client wardrobe of gowns and wraps in a range of sizes, so you can turn up with nothing and still have four looks.
Yes, and they are included at no extra cost. We usually photograph the children first while their patience is intact, then let them go and continue.
