The studio
We are not trying to make your day look like
somebody else’s day.
Every gallery that leaves this studio is graded by hand, one frame at a time, in a single consistent look. No presets applied in bulk, no two weddings edited to the same recipe, and no image delivered that we would not print ourselves.
Six categories, one team, and a booking calendar deliberately kept short so nothing is ever photographed on autopilot.

How it works
Four steps, no
surprises in between
The same process whether you are booking a full wedding day, a newborn session at home, or forty minutes on a rooftop.
Conversation
A call, no charge and no pitch. We ask what the day actually looks like, who matters in the room, and what you want to still be looking at in ten years. If we are not the right studio for it, we will say so and point you at someone who is.
The plan
A written brief: timings built backwards from the light, locations scouted in advance, a shot list of the frames you specifically want, and a clear quote with nothing hidden inside a package.
The shoot
We arrive early, stay out of the way, and direct only where direction helps. Backup bodies, backup cards, backup lighting, and two copies of every card written before we leave the venue.
The gallery
A preview set within 72 hours, then the complete hand-graded gallery in your private online space with downloads, favourites and sharing. Albums and prints are produced from the same graded files.
The people
A small studio,
on purpose
Light Zone Photography has been photographing in Chennai since 2014. There are 9 of us, which is deliberately small — large enough to put two photographers on every wedding, small enough that the person you meet is the person who shoots.
We shoot in available light wherever it is good enough, and we bring our own when it is not. The rest is patience.
